Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian) and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — e.g. Noor Apps] for the use of Deen Trail. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use Deen Trail
Deen Trail is a child-directed app operated through a parent or guardian account. The account must be created and controlled by an adult (18 or older). Children use the app only under the supervision and permission of that adult. You are responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your parent PIN private.
2. Your account and the parent PIN
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login and parent PIN secure. Grown-up areas of the app — settings, subscriptions, and profile management — are protected by the parent PIN. Do not share it with your child. You are responsible for any purchases or changes made through your account.
3. Parental consent
Before a child profile can be created, you must complete our verifiable parental consent step. By completing it, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you consent to the limited collection and use of the child's information described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Free and Premium
Deen Trail is free to download and free to start. Some content requires a Deen Trail Premium subscription. Free access includes the first Kingdom of each journey, the Prophet Stories playlist, and the Safar companion. Premium unlocks the remaining Kingdoms, additional playlists, seasonal quests, and extra companions.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, purchased and billed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play when available). Payment is charged to your app-store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings.
- Prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are shown at the point of purchase.
- Refunds are handled by the app store under their policies; we do not process card payments directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Deen Trail only for its intended purpose. You will not attempt to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app or its servers, or use it in any unlawful way.
6. Our content
Stories, audio, artwork, characters (including Safar), text, and software in Deen Trail are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your family's own non-commercial use. Islamic source material (Qur'an, du'ās, and Prophet stories) is presented for educational purposes from reviewed sources.
7. User-created content
Journal reflections your child writes stay on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for that on-device content. The app has no public posting, sharing, or messaging features.
8. Deleting your data and ending use
You may reset progress, delete a child profile, or delete your entire account at any time from the parent settings (see our data-deletion guide). You may stop using Deen Trail at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
9. Disclaimers
Deen Trail is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep it accurate, safe, and running, we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app is an educational aid and is not a substitute for a parent's or teacher's guidance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
